By Project
Often times facilities are in need of a quick start program to increase a certain segment of their business.  Whether it’s an advertising or direct marketing campaign to drive incremental play, implementing a customer loyalty program or revamping a current marketing budget to better target your customers, IGM can work on a project by project basis. 

By Annual Retainer
IGM can also be contracted on an annual retainer basis to help oversee a struggling marketing department, create an annualized plan to achieve financial goals or develop programs to build brand awareness in a short period of time.

By Multi-year Contract
In this day of highly competitive environments and oversaturated markets, marketing has been shoved to the forefront to combat these factors.  Ten years ago the old philosophy of “build it and they will come” worked.  Well let’s just say we are overbuilt.  Courses that use to play 40,000 rounds annually now struggle to play 30,000.  It’s these differences that create large financial gaps and a need for on-going marketing strategies to not only recapture the revenue, but maintain that level and continue to grow it.  Rebuilding your business and growing your customer base does not happen in three months, six months or even a year.  We know this takes more time.  Therefore, we do not commit to short term contracts when it comes to the magnitude of these types of projects.  The majority of our marketing clients are contracted for a minimum of 2 years.
