Advertising.  In today’s world, the placement and frequency of your advertising are becoming the difference in ads that make you money.  Our plans include a detailed media review for the targets we intend on reaching.  There are many options today from print, television, internet and radio.  Unfortunately for you, every salesperson will tell you that their medium is the best for your demographic.  Often times they are the least effective.  Each of our customers will tell you that they thoroughly enjoy not having to deal with all the fast-talking advertising salespeople.  To pass them off to us not only saves them time but also saves them from making poor buying decisions.  Just like the golf business, the advertising business is overloaded with competition, and they too are working hard to generate more money.  Our job is to weed through the advertising masses to find what will work best at increasing revenue.

Learning
Once our targeted markets have been identified through our market study, we perform a detailed media review to find the products that will work best to achieve the sales and marketing goals.  After the mediums have been chosen, we build an advertising plan that places an emphasis on driving revenue through frequency and placement.

Planning
Advertising experts will tell you that one ad does not cut it in today’s over-advertised society.  Most of today’s media has become inundated with ads.  Therefore, one must place a higher emphasis on placement and frequency in order to be seen.  The more times someone sees your ad the chances increase dramatically that they will react.  Our advertising plans also call for no wasteful spending.  Today’s dollars must be maximized to their fullest and our research will pinpoint the correct avenues to take.

Creation
The days of having to send a Xerox copy of your logo and a photo to a newspaper for them to take care of your ad design are over.  Our creative team works diligently to create designs that not only reflects the quality of your facility, but will also pack a punch that gains attention and results.  The old saying “Image is Everything” is highly true.  Brand awareness is created through quality advertising.  The second time someone sees your ad, they will know it is you without having to look for your name or logo.  This design process will give  your club the attention it deserves.

Our design department features the latest in MAC and PC graphic design equipment.  This ensures us of being compatible with all media and printing companies.  You never have to worry whether or not we have the equipment to get the job done.

Implementation
All media outlets accept ads in a variety of formats.  We are fully equipped to send ads via compact disc as well as through email.  Once we have created your advertisements for the various media, we’ll take care of sending the proper files to them to ensure the right ads are in the right spots.

As your advertisement is being placed, an insertion order is generated to marry up with the invoice when it arrives.  These orders are computerized for us to stay on top of the marketing dollars spent, as well as to monitor all billing for correctness.  It is not unusual for an ad to be billed higher, by mistake, than what was previously agreed upon.

Monitoring
Image ads are often placed to build awareness.  However, the majority of our customer’s ads are designed to drive play.  Return on investment reports are generated for each ad placed to show its effectiveness and financial return to the club.  We provide our customers a weekly report to complete that lists the ads that ran, the number of redemptions and the rate paid by each.  We compute these figures weekly and send them to club management.  Also provided are monthly and an annual return on investment reports highlighting our average revenue per dollar spent by strategy.

Our goal for revenue driving ads is to achieve a $5 return for every dollar spent on the ad.  You should continuing running an ad until the customer tells you to stop running it.  You can tell this when he customer stops responding to the ad.  Our minimum goal for all revenue driving ads is $3 in revenue for every $1 spent.  Anything less is unacceptable and will be pulled for reevaluation.
